Finance Business Partner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Wise Employment. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to business units, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure financial goals are met, and developing strong relationships with key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business units to provide financial expertise and support in decision-making processes.
• Fixed Assets and Capital Accounting
• VAT, Partial Exemption and other tax advice
• Treasury Management and Cash Flow Forecasting
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to assist in strategic planning.
• Analyse financial data and performance, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure financial goals are met.
• Monitor and control financial processes to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CCAB) or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a finance business partnering role.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practises.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
