About the Role
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with learning disabilities and mobility disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care, including toileting, showering, and getting dressed. You will also assist with cooking, meal preparation, and eating meals/drinks. Additionally, you will support the individual to take medication, assist with household chores, and encourage socialization and participation in activities. The ideal candidate will be patient, supportive, and caring, with good listening skills and the ability to provide non-judgmental emotional support. Key Responsibilities
• Provide personal care, including toileting, showering, and getting dressed
• Assist with cooking, meal preparation, and eating meals/drinks
