Challenge-trg Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Kitchen Specialist to join their team in Newport. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen environment, preparing and serving high-quality food to patients and staff.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in cooking and menu planning, with experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will work closely with the catering manager to ensure that all food meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and preparing meals and menus for patients and staff
  • Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Supervising kitchen assistants

We offer a competitive salary of £53 per hour, with potential for overtime on rotation. The role is full-time, with a minimum of 28 hours per week between Monday and Sunday.
