Energy Transition Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Energy Transition Managing Consultant to join our team at PA Consulting. As a key member of our Energy and Utilities practice, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in the energy transition space.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in energy transition technologies, including solar, wind, hydrogen, and carbon capture, as well as experience in strategy and business development. You will be responsible for building and developing your own pipeline of projects, delivering projects, and contributing to the growth of PA's activities in the energy and utilities sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop commercially viable consulting market offerings and work with PA teams to refine existing offerings.
- Work with PA's Go-To Market and other specialist teams to develop propositions, develop existing client accounts, and build new accounts.
- Lead and deliver large-scale and complex projects.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of applicable work experience in energy transition, strategy, or business development.
- Strong technical or economic background or possess strong technical or economic competencies.
- Passionate about the opportunities and challenges in the Energy Transition space.
- Customer-oriented and able to help customers solve challenging strategic and organisational issues.
- Ability to mobilise, inspire, and manage teams.
