Job Title: Learning and Inclusion Support Worker

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with pupils, families, and staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. As a Learning and Inclusion Support Worker, you will support learners in a classroom setting, improve their social and emotional well-being, and help them achieve academic success.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young people, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to professional development. They will be responsible for developing strong relationships with pupils, families, and staff, and contributing to creating a welcoming and inclusive alternative provision.

We are looking for someone who can make a positive impact on the lives of marginalized students in West Leeds secondary schools. The successful candidate will have experience working in a school environment, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to professional development.

About the Role:
