About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Sales to lead our expanding sales team within the renewable energy sector. Our client is a late-phase startup specializing in the installation of heat pumps, solar PV, EV chargers, battery storage, as well as MVHR and triple-glazed windows and doors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to meet growth targets
* Lead, motivate, mentor, and manage the sales team
* Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships
* Work with marketing on campaigns and promotions
* Track market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive
* Monitor sales performance and report to senior management
Requirements:
* Sales management experience in renewable energy or similar sector
* Knowledge of renewable technologies
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Proficient in MS Office and online tools
* Full clean UK driving license
