Job DescriptionThis Relief Support Worker position offers flexibility to pick up shifts at a time that suits you, ideal for fitting around personal commitments, study, or caring responsibilities.
The flexible shift pattern includes evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, making it an excellent opportunity for those seeking work-life balance.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of twelve months prior experience of supporting older adults with dementia.
You will need to be a warm, caring, and trustworthy individual who is committed to the welfare of others.
