Job Title: Dealer Services Associate

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven individual to join our Ex-MilitaryCareers USA team as a Dealer Services Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing dealer relationships, processing parts orders, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage dealer relationships and communicate with dealers regarding parts orders and inventory levels
  • Process parts orders and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in dealer services or related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
