Key Responsibilities:

• Teach engaging Secondary English lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
• Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to inform future teaching
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve school goals and objectives
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress

Essential Requirements:

• Thorough understanding of the English Curriculum for KS3 and KS4
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: £37,000 per annum
