Job Title: Activity Hub Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Activity Hub Co-ordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic organization and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to young people.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Youth Hub, including the day-to-day management of co-locating partners and activities within the Hub. This will include line management of two mentors and a Hub volunteer, as well as financial accountability for a small budget and completion of monthly returns and reports to DWP on performance and targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and build on existing links with Jobcentre Plus Advisors and act as a conduit between the Youth Hub and external partners and organizations that provide access for young people into Employment, Education, and Training opportunities within the Liverpool City Region.
  • Experience of developing partnerships and multi-agency working is essential.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage with young people and provide them with access to employment, education, and training opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including monthly returns and reports to DWP on performance and targets.
Requirements:

The successful candidate must hold a relevant qualification at Level 4 or above and have experience of developing partnerships and multi-agency working. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including young people, partners, and colleagues.
