About the Role

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with our key customers, including house builders and regional developers. Your primary objective will be to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, while also ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders and proposals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer needs
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
