Starling Bank is revolutionizing the banking industry, and we're seeking a skilled Operational Excellence Transformation Lead to join our team. Based in Cardiff or Southampton, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic improvements across the business.

As an Operational Excellence Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement, designing solutions, and implementing changes that enhance our customers' experience. Your expertise will help shape our operational strategy, ensuring we remain competitive and innovative in the market.

This is a full-time position with up to 40% remote work option after an initial 6-week on-site period. The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to influence at senior levels. You should have a passion for customer service, process improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders. Experience in creating and delivering messages to wide audiences would be beneficial.
