**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Practice Nurse to join our friendly GP surgery in Lincolnshire on a full-time basis. As a Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver general practice nursing duties, including Cytology, Travel Vaccinations, Childhood immunisations, Spirometry, Phlebotomy, Wounds & Dressings, and Smoking Cessation.
- Conduct Asthma Reviews, Diabetic Reviews, and COPD as required.
- Ensure up-to-date training in areas such as Cytology, immunisations, etc.
- Hold an enhanced DBS issued within 1 year, NMC registration, and valid Pin.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Practice Nurse.
- NMC registration and valid Pin.
- Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year.
