Job Description

As a Support and Development Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to achieve their goals and aspirations. This may involve providing personal support, promoting social inclusion, and helping individuals to develop new skills.

Our team is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of our service users, and we are committed to delivering high-quality support that meets their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to service users, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Support individuals with personal care, household tasks, and social activities
  • Promote social inclusion and help individuals to develop new skills
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality support
Requirements
  • No previous experience or qualifications required; free training will be provided
  • Compassionate, caring, confident, and resilient
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing needs
