Role Overview:

As part of their Managed Service Provider (MSP) support desk, you'll manage a range of products including Gamma Horizon, Unified Communications, Connectivity, mobile airtime, remote desktop support, and Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage support tickets and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Communicate updates during incidents and bridge gaps between customers and technical teams.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years' experience in technical support.
