Job Summary

As a skilled Air Conditioning Specialist, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including fabric tasks of buildings as required under contract. You will carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete the associated paperwork and reports. Additionally, you will be on a call-out rota to provide full out-of-hours cover and assist other team members when required. The ideal candidate will have a City & Guilds qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline and experience in maintenance, testing, and fault-finding on various equipment. Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices is also essential.

Key Responsibilities

Undertake the maintenance and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete associated paperwork and reports
Be on a call-out rota to provide full out-of-hours cover
Assist other team members when required
Ensure all tasks are completed within contractual time scales

Requirements

Qualified to City & Guilds or equivalent in relevant disciplines to role
Experience of maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment
Experience within VRV's, Coldrooms, Close Control and Chilled water systems is mandatory
Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices
Ability to provide a clear enhanced DBS
