Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Trant Engineering Limited. As a key member of our Innovation, Design & Solutions (IDS) department, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for various projects, including water treatment, water distribution, and wastewater recycling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical systems for projects, including water treatment, water distribution, and wastewater recycling.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain design documentation, including design calculations, sketches, and schedules.
  • Provide technical support to site teams during installation and commissioning.
  • Manage design interfaces with clients, external consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Requirements:
  • BTEC/HNC/HND/BEng qualification in an EICA Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in delivering multi-discipline engineering projects.
  • Experience within the Water Industry.
