Data Management Officer

About the Role:
The Leicestershire College is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MIS Officer to join our Management Information Services department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing efficient timetabling and register systems to the College, supporting staff in the effective use of these systems, and producing reports on key data as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of efficient timetabling and register systems
- Provide support to staff in the effective use of these systems
- Produce reports on key data to inform business decisions
- Contribute to the cross-college audit and data compliance processes
- Help the College manage its data assurance risks
Requirements:
- Maths and English GCSE passes or equivalent
- Excellent IT and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a flexible approach
- Specific experience working in FE funding or timetabling is an advantage, but not essential
