Job Title: Senior Legal Cashier

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Legal Cashier to oversee the financial operations of our law firm. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and ensuring compliance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Accounts Rules, handling client accounts, and leading the cashiering team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the firm's financial operations, including client and office accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the SRA Accounts Rules.
  • Manage the processing of client account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Reconcile client account balances regularly.
  • Conduct daily and monthly bank reconciliations for all firm accounts, ensuring timely resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Oversee the preparation and processing of bills, invoices, and statements.
