Security Officer for Hospital Setting

We are seeking a reliable Security Officer to join our team at a hospital in Maidstone, Kent. The ideal candidate will be proactive and level-headed, ensuring they represent themselves, the client, and their employer professionally at all times.

This role involves patrolling higher-risk areas, reacting to disturbances, and working alongside the existing security team. A strong understanding of conflict management and ability to diffuse situations effectively are essential qualities for this position.

Applicants should possess a current SIA Licence in door supervision or front-line security and have an up-to-date CV showcasing their 5-year work history. First Aid training is advantageous. A full screening process will be conducted after the initial application phase.

The successful candidate will work flexible shifts, including 12-hour days and nights, with the option for full-time, part-time, or contract positions. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.50 per hour.

To be eligible, applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in security, preferably in a similar setting. A valid SIA Licence is mandatory for this role.
