Scaffolding Specialist

TSR Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled scaffold erector to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work on various construction projects across the East of England, specifically in Cambridgeshire and Cambridge.
The ideal candidate will have a valid CISRS Scaffolder card and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent practical skills and good communication abilities.

About the Role
As a scaffolding specialist, you will be responsible for erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures, inspecting and maintaining scaffold equipment, and working at heights to ensure safe access for construction workers. You will also follow health and safety regulations and collaborate with construction teams to meet project requirements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Valid CISRS Scaffolder card
Proven experience as a Scaffolder
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
GCSEs or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
Excellent practical skills
Good communication abilities
Problem-solving skills
Work Conditions
Work is primarily outdoors at construction sites, involving physical labor and working at heights. Must adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
