Senior Programme Manager - Real Estate

At Turner & Townsend, we are currently seeking a skilled Senior Programme Manager to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme management, with a focus on delivering large-scale real estate projects. With a market-leading client base and opportunities to take the lead on immediate commissions, this is an exciting time to join the business unit and grow a career with Turner & Townsend.

About the Role

This is a client-facing role, working within a professional and ambitious team, where you will receive excellent support. You will be responsible for managing multiple programmes simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations. Your strong communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, influential parties, contractors, and end-users.

Key Requirements

Key qualifications for the role include:

  • a minimum of 5 years' experience in programme management
  • a cognate qualification (construction, real estate, planning, engineering)
  • full-time work, with flexible working opportunities and home working
  • ability to travel London/Home Counties/South East
  • strong communication skills (verbal, presentation, written)
  • self-motivation
  • ability to solve problems and think strategically
  • experience of working with multiple stakeholders
  • CDM/site health and safety knowledge
  • ability to become Security Cleared
