  • Competitive salary range: £28,000 - £32,000
  • Monday - Friday hours (37 hours a week)

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

  • Continuously review and improve work processes and controls to enhance efficiency.
  • Allocate payments and remittance advices in a timely manner.
  • Make informed decisions on releasing orders.
  • Liaise with customers to negotiate successful resolutions.
  • Process new credit applications and conduct credit checks.
  • Follow debt collection procedures, including Dunnings/Statement/Debt collection of older debt.
  • Reconcile debit/credit notes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledger records.

Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a finance role.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.
  • SAP knowledge is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
