We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our team of Freelance Student Consultants. As a critical component of our operations, this individual will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of student guidance and ensuring that student recruitment goals are met.

Our mission is to simplify the application process for students worldwide and streamline the recruitment process for universities. Our innovative Edtech platform offers valuable resources and support for students embarking on their Higher Education journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a team of consultants to achieve student recruitment objectives.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to enhance consultant performance.
  • Conducting regular check-ins on call quality, customer satisfaction, and performance metrics.
  • Staying informed about UK university programs, entry requirements, and industry developments.
  • Tracking student inquiries, applications, and admissions data, and overseeing student recruitment pipelines.
  • Utilising multiple communication channels to engage with prospective students.
  • Maintaining continuous communication with prospective students throughout the admissions process.
  • Supporting consultants in delivering tailored guidance to students on university options and admission requirements.
  • Participating in discussions to enhance student conversion rates from initial contact through to enrolment.
Requirements:
  • Eligibility to work in the UK without a visa.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in education consulting or student admissions.
  • Proven leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UK universities, courses, and admission processes.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
