Senior Property Surveyor

Capita is seeking a highly skilled Senior Surveyor to join their Property team. This exciting opportunity will involve delivering a range of property services, including regeneration projects, valuations, development and viability appraisals, lettings and marketing, landlord and tenant, acquisitions, disposals, and property management.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver statutory Asset Valuations for Accounting purposes.
- Lead multi-disciplinary projects and provide strategic property advice on high-level Regeneration and Strategy projects.
- Provide a professional property service in relation to the management, acquisition, and disposal of property and property-related interests to core clients and additional external clients.
- Maximise the performance of the Client's core operational and non-operational portfolios.
- Negotiate with public and private sector owners and developers.
- Provide Landlord and Tenant advice on a range of property types.
- Undertake land and property valuations and disposals for a wide range of purposes.
- Professional qualifications – a degree in a property or related discipline, and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
- Experience of working in a property office environment.
- Experience of delivering strategic land disposals and high-profile regeneration projects.
- Computer literate with an understanding of valuation, GIS, and asset management databases where appropriate.
- Must possess a full driving licence.
- A competitive salary of up to £49,500.
