Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at UKAS. As a Senior Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our assessment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with technical assessors to ensure the accuracy and reliability of assessments
  • Provide training and guidance to technical assessors on quality assurance procedures
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry experience in quality assurance and control
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in the oil refinery industry
  • Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001
  • Experience with auditing and assessment tools and techniques
