Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work in Key Stage 2. The successful candidate will work with children who require emotional and academic support. Ideally, the candidate will have experience working with children who are non-verbal and need emotional support to access the classroom environment. Experience of Makaton would be desirable. It is essential that the candidate has had experience of working with children that dysregulate and can promote positive relationships with their peers. This role will also include supporting the children during lunchtimes. The role is Monday to Friday, starting at 8.50am and ending at 1.05pm.
