Role Overview:

The ideal candidate for this SEN Tutor position will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of supporting students with diverse needs. As a key member of our education team, you'll work collaboratively to design and deliver personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement tailored educational strategies to meet the unique requirements of students with Autistic Spectrum Disorder/Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
  2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, therapists, and teaching assistants, to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Compensation Package:

Our estimated annual salary range is £42,000 - £62,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes ongoing professional development opportunities and flexible working arrangements.
