**Ambition Institute's Teacher Training Programme Overview**

Becoming an excellent teacher is the key to inspiring the next generation of students. Our 12-month postgraduate programme sets you on the path to achieving this goal.

We are England's largest professional development provider, with a national network of partners that enables you to train in a school location that suits you. Our mission is to help young people reach their full potential, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Five Key Benefits:

  • Improve children's lives: By joining our programme, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of your students and help them succeed in their academic and personal pursuits.
  • Train in school: You will complete most of your training in your main placement school, gaining valuable experience and skills in a real-world setting.
  • Be guided by a mentor: Your dedicated mentor will provide one-on-one support, coaching, and guidance throughout your training journey.
  • Qualify as a teacher in 12 months: Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be awarded Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and 60 credits towards a master's degree.
  • Salary and benefits: As a fully qualified teacher, your minimum starting salary will be £31,650 in England (or more in London), with opportunities for career progression and further education.

Application Process:

  1. Application: The first step is to select which of our partners you want to train with, using our partner map tool.
  2. Assessment: Our friendly team will assess your application, and if eligible, pass it to your preferred school partner.
  3. Offer: If successful, you will receive a conditional offer, subject to completing relevant pre-programme checks.

Estimated Salary: £31,650 (England) or £40,000+ (London)
