About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Digital Manufacturing consulting business in the Life Science industry. As a Digital Manufacturing Director, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our practice and delivering high-impact projects that transform our clients' manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for Digital Manufacturing in the Life Science sector
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve clients' manufacturing operations through digitization and employee empowerment
  • Design and implement scalable IT/OT solutions to drive business transformation and adoption
  • Lead business development campaigns to generate £2m of consulting revenues per annum
  • Contribute to Capgemini's thought leadership in Digital Manufacturing and exponential technologies
  • Develop mutually beneficial partnerships with technology providers and ecosystem partners
  • Grow and lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results
Requirements
  • Proven experience in transforming manufacturing and/or supply chain operations in regulated industries
  • Leadership experience in implementing digital technologies to manufacturing and/or supply chain operations
  • Passion for operational improvements with a focus on employee engagement and empowerment
  • Business acumen and skills to create compelling business cases for investment and change
  • Proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organization and enlist support from peers
  • Experience in proposition building and delivery
  • Business development skills to generate £2m of consulting revenues per annum
