The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Outbound Sales Advisor to join our team at our Head Office in Glasgow. As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing first-class service to our customers, promoting our products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound residential development calls to existing customers to promote our products and services.
  • Display a friendly, confident manner and excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Upsell the benefits of new products to existing customers and close sales under pressure.
  • Use your initiative to create original solutions to problems and promote our company brand image positively.
  • Deal with a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong product knowledge to answer customer queries.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, being appreciative and understanding of each customer's needs.
Requirements
  • Telephony experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work both as a team and as an individual.
  • Ability to work towards office targets and use initiative to manage your time effectively.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team with knowledge of MS Office.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary plus a weekly bonus for our Outbound Sales Advisor. You will also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop your skills, and progress within our company. We value a work-life balance and never finish later than 5pm, working Monday to Friday only.
