We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bar Team Member at Forest Pines Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a variety of settings, including The Grill restaurant, The Lounge bar, and The Pines bar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Keep up to date with pricing and promotions to provide expert advice to guests and maximise sales
  • Work under pressure to maintain high standards of service, even in busy periods
