Companion Care Worker

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate autism support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality support to an individual with autism and a learning disability in the Beare Green area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized support plans
- Assist with daily tasks and activities
- Provide emotional support and companionship
Requirements:
- Good understanding of autism and learning disabilities
- Prior experience working with individuals with autism preferred
- Full UK driving license and access to a car
