About the Role

Melrose Wellbeing is seeking a highly skilled Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our team as a Workplace Wellbeing Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering CBT sessions to staff within client organisations, promoting wellbeing and reducing stigma around mental health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Session Delivery: Deliver weekly private CBT sessions face-to-face on client premises, maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records.
  • The Wider Service: Create and deliver additional content to support and promote your in-house work, including workshops, guides, and email content, designed to meet the needs of client businesses.
  • Client Management: Participate in meetings with client HR contacts and others to discuss the service, influencing organisational policies and approaches to wellbeing.
  • Team Participation: Engage in weekly group supervision and debriefing sessions, as well as planning sessions to support your Wider Service role, contributing to the wider team's understanding of your work's impact.
Requirements
  • A fully qualified and accredited cognitive behavioural therapist.
  • Comfortable delivering group sessions and workshops.
  • Passionate about improving wellbeing within a workplace setting and interested in the wider impact of working in this way.
  • Confident working independently.
  • Able to communicate effectively within a corporate setting.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working with others, learning, and supporting.
