The successful candidate will have previous experience in Goods In and be responsible for physically and administratively managing inventory, including daily cycle counts and resolving discrepancies.

A key aspect of this role is effective communication with Planners, Buyers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless material processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Physical and administrative tasks involved in storing and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment
  • Examining, stocking, and kitting materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines
  • Preparing kitting packages for assembly production, service repair, and sales orders
  • Daily cycle counts, posting inventory counts as applicable, and helping resolve discrepancies
  • Ensuring security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control
  • Communicating issues appropriately to Planners, Buyers, etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to respond quickly and professionally to changing requirements
  • Accuracy in counting and maintaining inventory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Excel desired
  • Experience transporting material via truck desired, with acceptable driving record according to AE policy
