Plant Engineer - Electrical Focus

This position involves performing routine maintenance tasks, as well as carrying out complex repairs and troubleshooting.

About the Job

RBW Consulting is seeking an experienced Plant Engineer with an electrical bias to join its East Midlands team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of our facilities.

You will be working closely with other engineers and production staff to identify and resolve issues related to electrical and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules
  2. Conduct root cause analysis of faults and failures
  3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience in plant engineering, preferably in a GMP environment
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Familiarity with common diagnostic tools and techniques
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is approximately £42,000-£52,000 per annum, based on experience, plus additional benefits.
