This role reports to the Head of Fund Accounting and is responsible for the control and review of accounting records for a portfolio of entities. The ideal candidate is a qualified Fund Accountant with a strong understanding of financial regulations and a passion for delivering accurate financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and control accounting records for a portfolio of entities, including NAV, investor reporting, capital statements, capital calls, and distributions.
  • Close end vehicles: Review of investors and regulatory reporting under Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS.
  • Review and oversight meetings with service providers.
  • Hedge funds: Review of investor allocations, management fees, and performance fees.
  • Oversight of the accounting of the funds' underlying investments.
  • Review of non-trading expense items, coordination of invoice signoffs, payments, and accrual adjustments.
  • Management of ad hoc queries from the external Fund Administrator.
  • Participation in the fund audit process to deliver accurate year-end financial statements.
  • Collaboration with Investor Relations, Operations, and Treasury to address fund-related queries.
