Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our successful Term Maintenance division. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing all commercial activities and overseeing every phase of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake cost value analysis for all aspects of the works carried out under the contract
  • Perform risk, value management, and cost control activities to benefit the contract
  • Lead and drive the procurement strategy, including cost value analysis and procurement of sub-contractors
  • Maintain awareness of different contracts in current use, ensuring all current legislations and document control is adhered to
  • Monitor and report forecast against cost and value and the management of cashflow
  • Provide contractual advice and support to the project and site team
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the construction or highways industry
  • Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification
  • Strong understanding of JCT, ICE, and NEC contracts
  • Valid CSCS card
