We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Woodthorpe Primary School. The successful candidate will provide support for our most vulnerable pupils, working closely with class teachers and our school SENDCo to ensure that children access an ambitious curriculum and make positive progress against their own personal targets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide small group intervention work and 1:1 support for pupils
- Work within our Nest SEN provision to support pupils with SEND
- Collaborate with class teachers and the SENDCo to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Experience of working with children or young people, ideally with SEND
