We are seeking a highly skilled Cleanliness Director to join our Bakkavor Careers team. As Cleanliness Director, you will be responsible for driving and implementing significant change and improvement in cleaning efficiency and effectiveness.
About the Role:- Lead the Hygiene management team to ensure all Hygiene standards are maintained and developed to the required high standard.
- Implement and maintain cleaning schedules and protocols.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams and implementing change within a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
What We Offer:- An estimated salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- A car allowance of £8,400 per annum.
- A flexible working pattern of Monday - Friday, 15:00 to 23:30.
