Job Title: Coldstore Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Coldstore Operative to join our team at the Grantham Depot. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for packing and dispatching frozen food orders to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Packing frozen food orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled to a high standard
  • Working collaboratively with the office team to resolve any issues or queries
  • Reporting any health and safety concerns or stock quality issues

Requirements:

  • Basic secondary education
  • Numerate and literate
  • Good attendance and timekeeping
  • Evidence of commitment and stability
