About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Sales and Operations Manager to lead our team at our Perth depot, based in Forfar. As a self-starter with a can-do attitude, you will be responsible for building your own team and delivering Wiltshire Farm Foods' unique 'good fashioned service' ethic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Happy Teams - Good Old-Fashioned Service
    • Lead by example, support and enable your frontline team to deliver brilliant service
    • Develop and support the team to talk about our food passionately and knowledgeably
    • Create an environment where your team respects and supports each other
    • Prioritize the health and safety of your team members
  • Costs of Local Distribution (COLD)
    • Deliver the agreed target for the Cost of Local Distribution within the local depot
    • Review performance with the Regional Manager and ensure necessary actions are executed
  • Growing Sales
    • Implement national campaign activities for new and existing customers
    • Ensure all CRM activities are executed
    • Implement local growth initiatives to deliver targets agreed
  • Community Engagement
    • Engage with local community organizations, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
Qualifications and Personal Qualities
  • Establish exceptional relationships with customers
  • Demonstrate experience of delivering sales and profitability targets
  • Lead a team of people and create a culture of engagement
  • Ability to interpret data to determine key levers for success
