As a Management Consultant with ZS, you'll work side-by-side with experts shaping life-changing solutions for patients, caregivers, and consumers worldwide. You'll be responsible for developing and managing client relationships in SCM functions, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and owning responsibility for work product quality and relevance to client decisions.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as education, skills, and market conditions.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's or Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT, Supply Chain, or related disciplines. You'll also require deep Supply Chain planning & management domain expertise with a strong understanding of data, technology, and SCM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal SCM leaders and account teams to pursue new business opportunities;
  • Develop and manage client relationships in SCM functions, managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Own responsibility for work product quality and relevance to client decisions;
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex SCM consulting engagements/programs in the pharma/Life Sciences industry;
  • Motivate, coach, and serve as a role model for project team members.
