We are looking for a seasoned Assembly Process Leader to join our team at CSW Communications. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of assembly processes and equipment, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for assigning tasks, providing training, implementing safety protocols, and maintaining adherence to production schedules.

We expect the salary range for this position to be between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. If you have demonstrated experience in a production or manufacturing/engineering setting, including prior leadership roles, and possess solid mechanical expertise with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools, we invite you to submit your application.
