Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to provide exceptional customer service and deliver high-quality treatments to our guests at Kilnwick Percy Resort & Golf Club in Pocklington, Yorkshire.

This is a permanent part-time position, requiring 32 hours of work across 4 days, Thursday to Sunday. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business.

About the Role

The successful Spa Therapist will be responsible for:

  • Performing a range of treatments, including massage-based therapies, to meet the needs of our guests.
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering queries, and booking appointments.
  • Ensuring the salon is appealing and well-maintained.
  • Actively promoting the spa and its services.
  • Upselling beauty products and treatments where appropriate.
  • Maintaining client confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous salon experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy.
  • Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
