As a full-time, long-term SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other special educational needs thrive academically and socially.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with students with ASD and a range of additional needs, providing tailored support to help them achieve their personal best. This includes assisting the class teacher in delivering a differentiated curriculum, fostering a positive and inclusive environment, and using effective behavior management strategies to support students with complex needs.

Requirements
  • Prior experience working in an ARP setting or with SEN students in a school environment is essential.
  • You should demonstrate a strong understanding of supporting children with ASD and other SEN needs.
