Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at HFG Insurance Recruitment. As a market leading bulk annuity provider, we are expanding our data science expertise to modernize and enhance our data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technology teams to deliver data solutions and work closely with key stakeholders in the Investment business to investigate and resolve data issues.
  • Support and identify Data Owners, Stewards, and Custodians across our rapidly growing business and review and help enforce data policies and standards.
  • Lead Data Governance workshops and create reports and dashboards to track progress and drive business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in reporting and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, DQ analysis) and experience with EDM systems, data tools such as Azure or AWS.
  • Experience in Financial Services, particularly with products like Fixed Income, financial instruments, swaps, and Derivatives, and investment platform data analysis experience is a plus.
