Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a strategic leader to join our Senior People Team as Associate Director of Learning and Organisational Development. Reporting to the Deputy CPO, you will provide visionary leadership to drive continuous improvement in employee skills, knowledge, and performance.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and delivery of our People and Culture Plan, working closely with the HR team to implement succession planning and talent retention strategies.

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Act as a key member of the Senior People Team, providing strategic direction to the People Directorate and actively contributing to the development and delivery of the People and Culture Plan.

Leadership and Talent Development: Identify and nurture compassionate and inclusive leadership and talent within the organisation through targeted development programs, collaborating with HR to implement succession planning and talent retention strategies.

Management Development: Design and deliver comprehensive manager induction programmes for all newly appointed managers to ensure they are compassionate, inclusive, and effective managers of people.
