Conveyancing Specialist

Austin Fraser is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Specialist to support their Solicitors and Fee Earners in tasks such as administrative duties, file management, document preparation, and sales transactions. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in conveyancing, either as a Secretary, Legal Assistant, or Conveyancer.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative tasks and data entry
- File organization and maintenance
- Document preparation, editing, and amendments
- Sales, purchases, and transfers of equity
The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum is offered, commensurate with experience.
