Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive wholesale growth, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.">
  • Manage and supervise the wholesale team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales objectives, including excellent communication abilities and time management skills.">
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, including suppliers and clients, to build strong relationships and enhance business opportunities.">
  • Oversee inventory management and conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion within the wholesale sector.">
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for senior management, highlighting areas for improvement.">
  • Train and mentor team members in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.">
  • Prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment and ensure adherence to administrative processes and compliance with company policies.">

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in wholesale management or a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.">
  • Ability to manage a team effectively, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and a passion for sales management.">
  • Proficient in time management, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently and proficient in administrative skills that support organisational efficiency within the wholesale division.">
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enhancing communication with international partners and clients.">
  • Knowledge of market trends and a willingness to travel 75% of the time (preferred).">
