">Angel Traders Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wholesale Manager to lead our wholesale operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive wholesale growth.

- Manage and supervise the wholesale team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales objectives, including excellent communication abilities and time management skills.">
- Communicate with key stakeholders, including suppliers and clients, to build strong relationships and enhance business opportunities.">
- Oversee inventory management and conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion within the wholesale sector.">
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for senior management, highlighting areas for improvement.">
- Train and mentor team members in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.">
- Prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment and ensure adherence to administrative processes and compliance with company policies.">
Requirements:

- Proven experience in wholesale management or a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.">
- Ability to manage a team effectively, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and a passion for sales management.">
- Proficient in time management, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently and proficient in administrative skills that support organisational efficiency within the wholesale division.">
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enhancing communication with international partners and clients.">
- Knowledge of market trends and a willingness to travel 75% of the time (preferred).">
